Charming property and staff, the room and bathroom were very roomy and spotlessly clean, there was ample private parking and the breakfast was very good. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I didn’t try the swimming pool but would have been welcome after a long hike.

This hotel is amazing. They have done a super job choosing all the right materials for this place. Cozy, personal and very good aesthetic looking. Location is awesome right behind the serrat mountain. Nice trails around if you wanna go running och biking. Carola was so helpful with all the service. Atope!

The staff are very friendly and made us feel at home. We had a wonderful room overlooking Montserrat (Room 7). Bed very comfortable. Food fantastic. We had dinner there on a grassy terrace and breakfast was amazing. We could see the chicken pen from our breakfast room. Their dogs took us for a walk around the property on the evening we arrived. All very rustic and homey.

Ground floor of a nice old-fashioned house with all amenities. Good location with short walk down to restaurants and 5-10 minutes to the train station. Parking on street nearby depends on school timing and weekends but we had no problem. Recommended

You have everything you need just in one place! And of course near to your apartment! But if you want to cook some food at home - you will have everything, but it will be better to buy food before Monestrol 😉 Except of it - the best place for my opinion: cozy, warm, comfortable as possible

    Collbato is a great base for hiking some of the quieter trails in Montserrat. We hiked to the monastery twice along different routes and got a taxi back. The village itself is very pretty and peaceful, although bear in mind that many of the restaurants may not be open if you visit mid-week outside the peak season. You can also get a bus from Collbato straight to the centre of Barcelona

    It’s an odd hotel as in it doesn’t have any staff most of the time, one very important point DO NOT ARRIVE ON A SUNDAY, there is a marker and the road is blocked so you can’t actually get to the hotel, the second point, the owner is very personable but runs a separate restaurant at a different location- if he’s busy he can’t let you in to the hotel, i was kept waiting for over an hour.

    The hotel room was very nice, clean, and had a lovely view. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety to choose from. The only thing missing was a kettle in the room, which would have made the stay even better.
