We had an amazing stay! We got upgraded to a beautiful room. Great facilities - the pools were huge with lots of sun beds, the gym was open 24/7. Unfortunately the spa facilities were closed for refurbishment but otherwise they had everything we could have wanted. Delicious food for breakfast and the Melvin restaurant was outstanding. The shuttle service was super helpful and even drove us to the beach! We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

It was more than i can imagine! Everything was too good to be true. I strongly recommend this resort for all travelers, for sure you will get more than you expect. Also i want to say big thank to hotel staff! All of them were very kind, helpful… especially kids club staff. My best recommendation ❤️

we got a week to work from “home” at the start of the year so we decided to extend our stay in Tenerife and (randomly) selected this place. it was such a lovely surprise! the rooms were specious and we could work in the eating corner in the living room. The staff were super nice and it was great ending our day early enough for a swim and a cocktail at the poolside bar. the food was also very nice and exceeded our expectations from a poolside bar variety and quality. and the place is small enough to be intimate and get to know other people around the pool.

The location is great, it has amazing views from the terrace. The studio is very nice and clean. The communication with the host was great, the check in was very well described and easy. There were little details about the place that make it very homey. There were some food supplies in the fridge, so you won’t stay hungry if you don’t manage to do your shopping before arriving. There is no actual kitchen, but there are a lot of appliances that make up for it - microwave, toaster, egg boiler, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just have in mind it is in the mountain and the road is quite narrow.
