This area of Spain is just beautiful if you can travel the backroads. The landscape changes in amazing ways & it’s never boring. Spring is magnificent with the wildflowers and green. Old roman road hiking up to the castle is must do. Horse riding downhill exceeds expectations. Dinner in the castle is really enjoyable. If you measured against top London or global hotels the customer service, exceptional cuisine and room comfort would be second to non. It is built within an ancient Moorish Castle dating back to the 13th century. Sympathetically adapted with views 360o from the mountain peak, with soaring Iberian eagles .. it is breathtaking.
