The hotel was closed but they opened up for me, all the restaurants in the town were closed because of a holiday so the staff were very kind and had some beautiful food at home that they had made so I could eat.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the front desk to housekeeping, every staff member was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Lovely place for a disconnect from the usual daily grind. Warm staff, lovely facilities, fantastic chef for our lunch meal (seriously, the highlight of the stay, unexpectedly good meal for such a small place!), nice wines, peace and quiet, what more can you ask for. There are only 8 rooms, all in the same building and facing vineyards. We got one of the two suites which are bigger but it seemed the other rooms were also very nice, just a bit smaller (also had a small outside terrace and views on the vines).

Excellent top floor apartment in a refurbished town house in the heart of Utiel. Spacious and spotless throughout, with high quality fitments and all the amenities you need. Sizeable terrace with red roof tile views. Communication with my host, Diego, was excellent, and access to the apartment was straightforward. A lot of thought and care (and expense) has gone into the refurbishment of these handsome apartments.

Such a cosy place with everything you need. It’s also quiet at night. I was with my bicycle so the ground floor entrance was nice! The host is super kind and came to meet me right away. Highly recommend.
