The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. Elba holds such a special place in our hearts! We visited for my boyfriend’s birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to help me plan a surprise for him before we even arrived. Then, to top it all off, they helped him with his surprise proposal! 🥹💍 We couldn’t be happier with our stay — the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the food was amazing, and everything was spotless, from the rooms to the pool. But what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking location and those absolutely stunning views. We’re already dreaming about our next visit — we’ll definitely be back! ❤️✨

    I will never ever stay with them again.

    I will never ever stay with them again. Their guests are so disrespectful and no education is provided. The holiday break felt like a war. Their guests were throwing the vlothes, and towels on the floor and take the sunbed as soon as someone gets to the swimming pool.

    Absolutely recommended!

    Absolutely recommended! One highlight is the food buffet, which is full of a very extensive variety of options, including local Mallorcan food. They change the menu every day. Tons of vegetarian and vegan options too. The three pools are divine, with breathtaking views of the ocean. The rooms are clean, cutely decorated, and spacious. The all inclusive menu is wonderful, with cocktails, wine, beer, sangria, and mixed liquor drinks. The cave bar is simply wonderful, with a stage for live entertainment and a view of the ocean. This place really feels like a getaway, I could have stayed for longer than 3 days! The hotel is clean, modern and luxury.

    This is classic old huge hotel, went through nice renovations a few year back. Food is excelent, everyone will find something for themselves and every day there are variations. Staff is quick and helpful. Cave area is very unique and beautiful. Gym is nicely equipped and probably vacant for your use (I was there alone for 45 minutes in the morning), usual guests of this hotel does not care about exercising. Entry to the sea from the pool area is very nice!

    The location of the hotel was excellent. It’s positioned in the most incredible little cove where you have access to the sea from the pool area (that’s if you are allowed to go in the sea.. it was shut for 3 days of our trip due to potential sewage contamination)

    The hotel is located in a beautiful location on the bay. We had a really good room. Food and cocktails were delicious. The animators are super, the evening shows are always very varied and funny, it was a pleasure to watch. Good massage.

    Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional with lots to choose from, for all diets. We didn’t use the entertainment but there was lots on if you wanted it, for adults and children.
