Perfect location next to the motorway. Having a private garage next to the room was very useful and practical. The bed was very large and bathroom clean and spacious.

The city centre of Valladolid is situated 4 km from the Ibis Hotel. A snack bar is open 24 hours a day and an extensive buffet breakfast is served from 06:30.

We had a delay at the last moment. We managed to change the date to the following day without cost. Then, when we turned up 5 hours before check-in the hotel was completely sympathetic that things CAN happen on long journeys, and let us check there and then. We are very very grateful for the excellent service.

From check in to check out, this hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly, outgoing and helpful throughout our stay, the breakfast was exceptional, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Coming back to the room each day was something we looked forward to. Overall I would definitely recommend Hotel El Coloquio if you are staying in Valladolid.

It was just great, lovely old building, very well appointed and charmingly helpful staff. Often used as a wedding venue but we were there midweek, so it was quiet. Room was fab, lovely countryside view, spacious. We had dinner, which was just excellent, the biggest melt-in-your-mouth steak you can imagine, top quality nosh. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that.
