Ideal hotel if walking the camino as almost opposite entrance to citadel which you go through to join the route. We had a lovely corner room with two balconies which would have been fabulous if it hadn’t been raining for our stay. Mirabelle on reception was the nicest, friendliest hotel staff member I have met in all my travels. A total joy, she made our check so lovely with the conversation she struck up with us, we will never forgot how happy and helpful she was and went way beyond what was needed.

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes...

We were there to visit a school, Burlada is only 7 minutes away from Pamplona witht the bus. the bus (number 4) goes every 5 minutes until 22.30, after that they still go, but less frequent. Pamplona had a gorgeous , old city centre. They are famous for the San fermin festival (the bulls run) but that is in July. Burlada had a really tiny centre, you won't find any tourists, shops and bakeries are all local, including the prices! The bus is only €1,50 so save money on a hotel, enjoy the local life in Burlada (eat at Bagoa) and then enjoy Pamplona!

We received a great welcome and even though I looked myself in the garage the receptionist couldn’t have been more pleasant. We had a room on the fifth floor with a terrace which was spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel. We never had any problem with the lift. It was really easy to get the bus into Pamplona for €1.60 per person each way. The bus stop was just around corner. The cafeteria was great value for a simple breakfast and coffee to start our day. I would return without hesitation on my next visit to Pamplona.

Nice hotel outside of the center of Pamplona. But Burlada has it’s own charm and plenty of bars and restaurants. I think the place is under renovation. The fifth floor looked good and it seems like they are working on the fourth floor. Good cafeteria downstairs with options of a breakfast and a cool beer in the afternoon of evening.

The hotel is located about 20 mins bus ride from the city. The Local area has some places to eat but not alot. The hotel is well signposted from the main road. They do have a car park but we parked on the street. The staff were great and very helpful.

The staff was super friendly, the rooms are simple but clean. The hotel is a 15-20 min bus ride from Pamplona city center which made it a perfect place to stay during San Fermin.
