Clean, well decorated, friendly hotel in a beautiful medieval town in a beautiful agricultural area of Spain. Delicious food in a modern restaurant with very attentive staff. Also able to eat in the bar area frequented by tourists as well as locals. Lovely staff at reception. Parking right outside the hotel and seating area in the fresh air.

I loved the town, it was so beautiful.

I loved the town, it was so beautiful. The tour the hotel recommended through the tourist office was excellent; the guide was very good, enjoyable, and interesting. The places to eat outside the hotel were also great.

Brihuega is a very beautiful town, its cobbled streets, the...

Brihuega is a very beautiful town, its cobbled streets, the houses, the little corners with small craft shops, everything revolves around lavender, it is advisable to visit at the end of June and beginning of July when the lavender fields are in bloom, to rest, disconnect and enjoy.

Brihuega is a town in the Alcarria region well worth...

Brihuega is a town in the Alcarria region well worth visiting for its history and monuments (Church of Santiago), its city walls, and much more. At this time of year, you can also visit the lavender fields as an added bonus. Its gastronomy is varied, featuring cheeses, honey, and other local delicacies. I recommend reading Cela's book, "Journey to the Alcarria."

It's worth it.

It's worth it. Walking through it is a very pleasant and not exhausting stroll. It has just the right amount of charm to enjoy without overwhelming you. It's very easy to get around the city, and there are some very appealing hiking trails if the weather is nice. I was recommended the restaurant at the Hotel Princesa Elima for lunch. Absolutely nothing special. It's a shame I didn't eat at the restaurant in our Hotel Castilla Termal.

Very well located near Madrid, its medieval character gives it an interesting touch. Several very good places to eat lunch or dinner, affordable and of good quality. It's not necessary to go during the lavender blooming season. It's fantastic in itself.

A beautiful town with a rich historical center well worth seeing and visiting. The lavender festival was a delightful surprise, and the visit to the distillery and the lavender fields is absolutely worthwhile—spectacular.

I booked the junior suite for my parents to celebrate my mother's birthday. They had a wonderful time. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very friendly. The pool and spa services were great, My parents enjoyed their massage/face treatments. The hotel has historical parts from the old factory, giving it a nice atmosphere. Nicely decorated, with great views and above all the staff service was incredible and made my parents feel special. So thank you and totally recommend it.

The Hotel is stunning . An amazing refurbishment of an old building . But every last detail was great . The spa was incredible too . And the outdoor pool looking out over the village .
