Good location close to the Science City. Many shopping centers and restaurants are nearby. The old city can be reached by foot or by many buses. Extremely friendly stuff: Marta, Anna and all others, we just didn't ask names. Big clean room with kitchenette with all facilities (except towels). Good bedding, especially towels. Separated toilet and bathroom. Non transparent walls in bathroom (many complained about this, and the hotel has solved the problem).

You have excellent desk clerks. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. They all spoke excellent English and understood our Ecuadorian Spanish. The location can't be beat--across from a National Park, ten minutes from the beach, a bus stop in front and restaurants and a market next to it.

The room was very good and had everything one may need for a good stay. The bed was truly comfy! The breakfast and the restaurant downstairs were also quite good. But the best thing about the stay was the staff. People working in the hotel were very helpful, friendly and even tolerated my bad Spanish. They even gave us free drinks :D
