i love everything about this hotel, they did not dis appointment me, the room was superb, the food , tge atmosphère and ambiance was estupendo, tye workers were very nice and helpful. i went there on the 3 october 2022, and i will be definately go back. where the hotel is located is perfect because its on the hipstrip ( alot of vibes ) , very close to the beach aswel. the terraza where my room was is very grande and also my room was muy grande. continuosly to be the great team that you are Hotel Gold Arcos , really you guys are the number 1. also what was so very nice about them, my birthday was th 4 october and i left the room in the morning to have breakfast and when i came up to my room they left me a Champagne as a surprise gift,,,,, that was rather amazing of them that they cares alot for their clientes.... thanks again for making my birthday and vacation estupendo 🙏🏾🤎 thanks for having us. one love from JAMAICA 🇯🇲

Very friendly staff, very good location, excellent breakfast buffet with very good brand coffee. Super beautiful Ibiza style hotel , a green oasis with an outdoor swimmingpool. We have already visited many hotels in Spain but Mercure was one of the best price/quality. Room with a very beautiful, big modern balcony. They have rooms on the east side. For a longer stay very nice during wintertime. 1.2 km away from the tram. Thank you !!!

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

    Not just a party town !

    Not just a party town ! The strip is great for a night out with endless entertainment but there is so much more. Tapas Alley and Old Town in general, the marina, fabulous beaches, short bus rides to other beautiful towns in particular Altea my favourite.Església de Santa Maria del Consol d'Altea just beautiful and Església de Sant Jaume i Santa Anna in Benidorm old town worth a visit. (I love churches)

    Really enjoy Benidorm,very entertaining, price on drinks, food etc very good! Beautiful beaches, always come back if we can, only downfall was we booked Gemelos 20 but on arrival was given apartment in Gemelos 4 so very disappointed!

    Night entertainment was good.

    Night entertainment was good. Drinks were mostly quite cheap. Walks along the promenade and into the old town were pleasant. All visitors are encouraged to visit Sherry's bar in the Old Town, best food in Benidorm and very friendly staff. Avoid John & Josephs, its gone downhill over the last few years.

    I had a wonderful stay at this apartment!

    I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the sea that made every morning special. The host, Vera, was extremely friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

    Benidorm was something that I would see in pictures, I had never heard of it until my boyfriend suggested we go out there with our kids 21 and 18 yrs old! The beach Levante amazing, the stores, the views, the food and the bars everywhere. were just great! Its a fun nightlife time that I will remember for a very long time!

    If you want to relive your 80’s, as a teenagers this is the place for you. One long beach location of bars. Pubs, nightclubs with music to appeal. Very touristy, lots of hardcore fried and commercialised food aimed at the British cohort. Fun to re-visit 40 years on but two days to many for us. Was a great laugh .. look out for the double seated motorized mobiles ..

    The location is fantastic- middle of the Old Town ! Simple, clean modern apartments. Plenty of crockery, Microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, 2 ring cooker. Powerful enclosed shower. Good powerful shower, small deep bath! Short few hundred meter walk to the beach front. Short stroll to Tapas Ally & The Mediterranean Balcony ! You can use the facilities at the sister Hotel - The Benidorm Plaza - pool, bar, restaurant etc!

    Excellent location, staff are very friendly. We were full board, food was excellent selection and something different each day. Hotel is very close to old town which is perfect for those who like the quieter part of Benidorm. Beach is 10/15 minute walk from hotel. Room is a little dated room and hotel was spotless. You can’t fault this hotel or the staff.

    Good breakfast. Five stars for the cleanliness and staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They helped us find safe and parking for the car not very far from the hotel, at about 15 min by foot (parking in Benidorm old town is impossible there are only payed parkings which cost 23.5-24 €/day).The fact that the staff at the reception spoke english was a plus.

    Hotel has a great location in the old town, our room had a balcony and possibly one of the best sea views in Benidorm. breakfast was excellent with a great choice. could not really find fault. There was a little bit of noise from reception traffic in the morning but we were on the ground floor so this would be expected - the view more than made up for it.
