The property was in an ideal location. Right in the old town. The staff were extremely pleasant, and made our stay memorable. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels that were not as good as this. A special thank you to Emilio who’s a gem they are very lucky to have.

The hotel was bright fresh and in an excellent location. Everywhere was clean and felt new (not sure how old it is!) your room key card offers discounts at some local bars on drinks. There is a lovely spa at the hotel which we also used for massages. There is a gym too. Playa 1 is on the same site as Playa 2 with the pool in between. The restaurant is below playa 2. The spa and gym at the bottom of Playa 1 and there is a walkway/hallway between. There is a bar at the pool and another bar inside which has seating outside facing out from the back of the hotel. All staff we interacted with were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is excellent and has a short walk to the beach and bars and entertainment venues on the street outside. I would absolutely return and recommend this hotel.

Ok, for a couple of nights perhaps, but we preferred the much classier Alicante, which is where we spent our last day and evening. Benidorm is by far the cheesiest resort outside of Blackpool. Maybe a more upmarket hotel with a large poolside area would negate that, but it is a strange place to visit and seems to cater more towards older to elderly tourists who want a taste of home, plus stag dos and hen parties. There are no bars on the beach, and glass isn't allowed on the beach for takeaways (rightly so), so we didn't bother with the beach sun loungers and consequently didn't use the beaches.

It’s a crazy place with loads going on.

It’s a crazy place with loads going on. Beachfront bars and restaurants expensive and to be honest we didn’t any 1euro a bottle pubs. We came home the day before the fiesta carnival as we thought it was a week event. Loads of places to eat and drink and a visit to the beach is a must.

I love the beach, the bars and all the free entertainment. Have been going for over 10 years and have never seen any trouble. It can be very busy, especially around the fiesta dates, but that is what Benidorm is like, full of life and activity

I traveled with my friend who needs to walk with a stick and Benidorm is perfect because it’s mostly flat. We enjoyed the promenade and Poniente area. Very good views of the sea from nice cafes and bars. Taxis are very reasonable but we preferred the tram to buses which were crowded.

I love Benidorm, as I lived there for a few years . Something for everyone one ,noisey or quiet .Some fantastic entertainment . Some of them have become friends over the years . Be aware of the crime and be careful .Don't walk the streets late at night ,especially drunk ,because your a walking target Plenty of taxis

The old town is amazing. Beautiful to walk around. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Very friendly. Everywhere is clean and welcoming. New town is ideal for entertainment and to catch a good tribute show.

This hotel was fabulous. Amazing staff and great location beside the beach and old town. The staff always went over and beyond. We were a group of 15 ranging from age 80 to 20 celebrating a 60th birthday and we all had the best time here. The hotel was so so clean and there was always plenty of variety in the resturant. We were all inclusive and it was amazing. We will definitely be back. Thankyou Los Alamos and all the staff for the cake, the balloons and for making our stay so special. We didnt want to leave.

Very modern and very clean hotel, the Reception staff were excellent, simple check in, the room was spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the pool, large bed very comfy, Breakfast was Fantastic plenty of choice to suit everyone. The Hotel is in a Excellent location near the Old town, for restaurants, bars and shops, 10 mins walk to the beach. The Rooftop Bar and Pool had Spectacular views across Benidorm, we have booked to return to the Hotel in January

View from room is lovely - glad the aircon worked well. Beds were comfy, we slept well. Pool was nice addition. 19 floors up we were thankful for a lift. We had no issues checking-in even when our flight was delayed. Viola & friends were responsive and friendly during our stay. Very good location for Levante Beach & New Town - Old Town took about 15-20mins on the beach front path so easy access to all.

The views from our room were exceptional, and having the choice of Benidorm Old Town one way and Finestrat the other way was great. The staff were super friendly and the interior design of the hotel was beautifully done.
