A beautiful house in traditional spanish style. Lovely terrace with a view over the whole old town of Betancuría. Amazing kitchen and luxurious bathroom. The owner Pepe is very friendly and he runs the Finca Pepe goat farm which is an absolute must to visit ( They make the best goat cheese I ever had plus lots of other local products.) The farm is about 1.5km away from the house. The fresh goat cheese is properly vacuum sealed, so it can last a long time without the fridge. There is no shops in close proximity ( Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes ) so in case you need anything like water or hot coco just ask Pepe and all will be well. We had fantastic stay in Casa Isabel. Highly recommended place to stay for a couple of days to fully enjoy the beauty of Betancurìa.

My stay at Casa Isabel was phenomenal. The flat is beautifully designed, modern, and clean. It is right in the centre of Betancuria, with a lovely view over the village and surrounding hills from the terrace. But the highlight was the host, Pepe, who went far out of his way for me. Having hiked all day to the village I was starving, but none of the restaurants are open in the evening. Pepe kindly brought me a delicious hot meal and more fruit and vegetables than I could eat. The next day he also arranged a car to drive me to Morro Jable. A true gentleman and the best host I have come across in my travels.

I stayed 3 nights at Moni's & Marko's place for a cycling trip, and I loved my stay there. The hotel and the room are super cute, and so are the bar and the outside dining area. The meals are delicious, with a special mention for Moni's breakfast that are absolutely fantastic. Pajara is ideally located to discover Fuerteventura's countryside, out of the crowd & all-in hotels. I definitely recommend this lovely & typical place.

The town is in the centre of the island, so a great place to stay in order to explore. Ilaria recommended a visit to Vidaloe to see the products made from aloe vera. She also suggested a trip to the market in the south of the island and was very informative in general. A great hostess.
