Everything from the front desk staff to the room was AMAZING!!!!!! The staff took very good care of me! The room service menu is EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! Spacious rooms with great amenities and cold A/C. definitely a ten out of ten!!!

Location is really great, easy access to all major attractions plus great entertainment & restaurants within walking distance at night. The rooms were neat, contemporary and clean..beautiful facilities at the hotel! People mentioned that Zamalek was noisy but I didnt experience that at all...actually quite quiet relative to rest of Cairo. The staff was truly amazing, friendly and helpful at all hours of the day! Special mention to Abd el Nasser for making breakfast time an absolute treat! I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. This level of service and accommodation would be over 5 times more expensive in continental Europe.

It was an oasis of calm amidst Cairo's chaos. A lush garden, a quaint pool, and a balcony view over the Nile that felt like a dream. The location was great and I enjoyed walking around the area, sampling local food. The staff members were very friendly especially Ahmed, they ensured my stay was memorable as a solo traveller. They also have a very lively restaurant downstairs with great music in the evenings and you can access ammenities of their sister facility President hotel like the gym.

Everything about this place is TOP NOTCH, including customer service. The restaurant was amazing and the room itself did not disappoint even if we traveled in the summer when the weather is challenging. All taxis and drivers know the location and the neighborhood is safe and walkable, there are several restaurants and things to do and explore nearby. My sister and I were on a girl's trip and the team made us feel safe and supported us with all we needed. 10/10.
