Both myself and my wife have come to Cairo Egypt for the first time. We stayed in The Trans Hotel, and wow, it was more than we expected. The staff are amazing and very friendly who helped me with everything i needed. My room was very spacious and beautiful with a waterfront view right outside my big balcony window. It is a very peaceful place away from all the noise, all you can here is the waves of the river. I would 100% book this hotel again when I come to Cairo Egypt.

Location is good, staff was so so nice, they were always helpful and not only in the hotel, they were reachable anytime if we had a problem. Cairo is a chaotic city, so it’s really good to know people standing with you. The breakfast was amazing, we book tours through the hotel and it was a nice tour with a good driver, good car and an amazing guide. Also the elevator was dated 1874 so it was so authentic and nice to be inside. The rooms were renovated recently so everything was new. The noise is a problem in Cairo but the room we had doesn’t had that problem. I recommend the hotel

Me and my friends booked this place based on the good comments and position. Since the moment you arrive you feel welcome! The staff is really kind and available. We asked for iron, support for information and they were able to solve and help us! The room is totally clean and nice. The breakfast included is a good omelette fresh and other small things + bread! At the end we asked if they could keep our luggage and they kindly accepted without problem! Would we come back to this place if we are in Cairo? Absolutely! I recommend it for group of girls as we were!

Beautifully renovated hotel in an old building in Zamalek. Charming, well-appointed large rooms and a relaxing terrace. The local breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect — a green, walkable area with lots of restaurants and cafes, but without the chaos of other areas. Easy access to the excellent metro system and well located for access to the city or the tourist sites in Giza. The staff are lovely, especially Abd El Naser who looked after us.
