My stay was exceptional and beyond expectations. The staff were very attentive and cheerful 24/7! The room was spacious and spotless and the food options including the a la carte restaurants were excellent. The entertainment team also were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure everyone was enjoying themselves. The facilities overall the resort were great and well maintained.

Highly recommend this amazing hotel! The location is perfect, located at the grass area where the Dugongs and turtles feed. I stayed here for three nights and I was luckily enough to see both. The staff were all super friendly and helpful in all locations on the resort. I always felt like I was being cared for by the staff. The food and house wine at this hotel are 10/10 this is a big part of my selection when choosing a hotel and this hotel delivers to a very high standard. The room was a very good size and the shower in the bathroom is fantastic, lots of room! The hotel in general is very clean and maintained. I will be returning to Jaz Elite Amara. I love it here!

The people there are very descent and the staff are humble and nice. The reception members were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and and the housekeeping staff was super. I booked this hotel for my parents, who are 70+, to spend their first Christmas somewhere warm and stress-free. Since my parents have been in Egypt more than 10 times, they had an idea of what to expect. They came back absolutely amazed that they had never experienced such a hotel in Egypt before and as soon as they get the chance, they want to come back to Amarina Jannah Resort. The people who work here are absolute professionals and make their customers feel the kindness every minute, everything was new and clean, the room was huge, the food was amazing, the pools, beach and sea were breathtaking. I am very happy that I was able to give my parents such a gift for Christmas, and I think that from now on I will want to repeat it every Christmas. I want to thank the Amarina Jannah Resort for such an approach to oldest people who do not speak any world language, and they managed to make the pensioners so happy. I will come to visit you with my wife in a few months, for now I just sending the most beautiful greetings from my parents! Thanks again Amarina Jannah Resort!!!

fully recommend this hotel. Very nice people, tasty food. Lots of attractions, you can't complain about boredom. Very clean, rooms cleaned daily. The people at the reception are very professional and nice, they will help with everything! I will definitely come back here!

We stayed one week in iberotel and were satisfied from the first to the last day. very nice and spacious rooms, very good food in all the restaurants (grazie mille romany - f & b manager and ali - head cook, very good animation (thanks coco and aladin), fantastic house reef (dugong, so many turtles and fish, amazing corals), diving centre is some 10 minutes away from the hotel but the have restarted (after having some issues with building permits in the natural reserve) working at the centre in the hotel so it may open very soon. decent gym with a beatiful view of the ocean. good spa with mohammed. had a nice afternoon in the desert with bob and team (quad bikes, camels and bellydancing with food). all staff very friendly and attentive. very nice gardens.

    Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

    It was lovely to be for a while in an open space, sea, fresh air (during pandemic). Many hotels were closed and only few stayed opened. Yet they were still quite empty. Snorkeling was perfect, weather a but windy (normal In February), stuff in the hotel was happy and wearing masks and gloves. We went to Port Ghalib for a coffee but also most of the places were closed due to covid.
