Words are not enough to describe this amazing new hotel. This is a 7 star hotel .The level of service passed all our expectations. That was our 1st experience with jaz group . We usually don't repeat any hotel but this one will definitely be our favorite destination from now on. We were welcomed by Mrs. Massaouda guest relation manager. A special thanks to her , very professional lady. she was our guide during our whole stay till our checkout. She made our reservation for the à la carte restaurant Amoura .The decor of the whole establishment is beautiful modern style with a beautiful lighting at night to take beautiful pictures.The room view was showing the whole swimming pools area and the sea, amazing view at night . Rooms are very spacious and room cleaning service is amazing .The service that was provided by the employees is extraordinary. Food is another wonderful point , made with a lot of care, details and very well presented , so tasty and alot of variety. The Italian restaurant on the pool was amazing also. The animation team are well educated and presentable. We also liked the dance show presented every day.For the beach we had to walk a long distance in water if we want to swim and we forgot our water shoes but Mrs Massaouda offered us a golf car to take us to the next hotel marina. But the hotel is now working on building their own Marina. But the beach color is beautiful and clean . The swimming pools are huge and warm and extremely clean . They even offer you to clean your sunglasses. This hotel is literally Elite in everything . Next time I will plan for longer vacation .

All the areas of the hotel were very clean and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent and all the staff was friendly and ready to help. There are several restaurants and bars with great food and drink options. The Wi-Fi was great in the whole area of the resort, even on the beach. As we had a later flight, they offered late check out of the room and kept our luggage for a bit longer while we enjoyed the last hours of vacation!

We initially booked into another resort which was noisy and with throngs of people and hence quickly decided to move on. Chanced upon Makadi spa and headed here. From the moment we arrived in this oasis of calm, the staff took ultimate care if us and promised us an exceptional stay snd that is what we got. Our host, Hanna really made our stay, personally making sure all our needs and wished were met A more professional man you could not meet. The food, the staff and the surrounds were all perfect for us. This is a great resort and highly recommend it. never a lack of smiles and generosity from all that work here A true 10/10.

The service was exceptional — every staff member was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained. The food was incredibly delicious with a great variety every day — something for everyone, and always fresh and tasty. We especially loved the themed dinners and the friendly atmosphere in the restaurants. The spa was also a highlight — very relaxing and clean, with professional treatments that made us feel completely refreshed. Overall, it was a perfect holiday. We felt very well taken care of and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

the amazing atmosphere, the great staff, they are genuinely super nice and helpful, they helped us getting the best available room, a ton of variety of delicious food and activities for the kids. its one of rare hotels that has a great amusement park that both adults and kids can enjoy, which is very suitable for families. The best part was the Christmas celebration and dinner when we had a 3 hour dancing show, and a great dinner as well. everyone in this hotel was very welcoming, smiling all the time and making sure that you get the best experience, more specifically, Mr.Ahmed who literally was checking on us every single night trying make sure that we enjoy our time to the max.

The hotel facilities are very-well maintained. I totally recommend this hotel if you want to have a luxurious and relaxing experience. The 7 nights I stayed at the Baron Palace were one of the best times I’ve ever experienced in travelling, we booked the Standard Room, super comfortable and ALWAYS very clean, and with an amazing view over the pool and the sea. The hotel facilities are beautiful , and the service is amazing - all team members served us in a memorable good way! Thanks to the reception staff, the super kind waiters at the Red Sea restaurant (they even remembered what we wanted to drink every time!), the pool staff that were also always making sure we had everything we needed (drinks, towels,…), the animation team always so smiley. We were really surprised, we didn’t expect to be so well taken care of. I recommend it highly.
