We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. The hospitality throughout the hotel was truly exceptional — every member of staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The service was outstanding in every aspect, and the food exceeded our expectations. Each à la carte restaurant offered not only delicious dishes but also beautifully presented plates — a real culinary experience that made every meal special. The resort itself is stunning: the sandy beach is perfect for relaxing and swimming, and the pools are spacious, well-maintained, and great for both adults and kids. Everything about the property reflects care, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to create memorable experiences for guests. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria to anyone looking for a perfect combination of relaxation, luxury, and top-level hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Theis attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely come back.

Absolutely superb, the resort is located in between Hurghada and Safaga, you will not regret staying a bit outside of the cities because this resort has it all. Beautiful exteriors and interiors, amazing views of the sea, the food is better than in other Egyptian resorts I've visited - most certainly is more fresh, that is especially true for the deserts, these stand out both in quality and quantity. Variety of all inclussive beverages, both soft and alcoholic, is also exceptional. High amount of restaurants and bars all around the place, with great selection of music and very professional and positive attitude personal makes the stay really comfortable. Central area is really beautiful and classy. There are shows every evening and you can enjoy these from many tables spread out throughout a large area. Out of several a la carte restaurants, I've only tried mexican one and the food was very authentic, delicious, using high quality ingrediences. I suggest you take advantage of it and book one of the restaurants for every evening, it is well worth the effort, reservation is really easy and most of the delicious dishes are within all inclussive menu. Chefs and waiters in a la carte restaurants maintan 5-star service standard. The beach, always enough sunbeds, many bars and restaurants right behind, service excellent, water crystal clear, plenty of colorful fish, great for swimming, bay has amazing natural setting, protected from waves - something that you will be thankful for, waves can be big inconvenience in most other places. No ATM in the resort, there is a bank with atm within walking distance. You may not need extra cash at, though, everything can be paid by card, all you need is already included anyways. Pools are not many and not large but HEATED. With such a great beach, you won't need them. Big thanks to Rezk and his colleagues in reception - high-class, professional, efficient people.

Staff were super helpful, especially Zahraa who was always willing to help answer queries and make arrangements for my family. It was my son's birthday on the first night and Zahraa arranged for a wonderful reception and birthday cake Food was very nice especially the bbq and the desserts. Rooms were always cleaned and fresh towels were always provided when request. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to others and we look forward to visiting again.

We've been here a few times now and every time we come away loving it more. This visit we went to another larger water park, and then spend a few days here later in our visit. The difference in food and staff were notable. The beach has the most amazing coral reef, much better than many of the boat trips we've been on, I feel lucky to have experienced it.

Very nice hotel, with interesting architecture. Very clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful lobby bar and lobby. Walking paths and gardens with interesting plant life give a special impression, especially in the evening. Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful beach with large coral reef, excellent for snorkeling at shallow depths and a colorful underwater world. The sports activities could not be all applied, obviously because of the sports events, which were during the period of my stay in the hotel, so I cannot be completely objective in that matter .I can freely say that I was very comfortable in the hotel.

Everything was at a TOP level. The staff was very kind and helpfull. I will mention some of them :Helmi on reception was very helpfull, the check in and chek out very fast. Always there for our questions. Balal Mohamed in restaurant very kind and helpfull. Housekeepers Brahim,and Abdul were great. Rooms were very clean and great service. We were in rooms 1021, 3109,3110. Rooms were very big with big bathrooms. I also want to say thank you to the lifeguard with mustache on the upper pool that helped us with the towels and chairs. He was always there for us. And huge thank you for all other staff for great service and chefs for great food. Special thank you for Chefs that were makimg pasta and omletes in Citadela restaurant. We will come back for sure!
