At first, I want to thank Noursin and Ahmed Khalid at the restaurant for their always smiling faces and perfect service. They were great. The breakfast was pretty enough, could have had a little more options. Beach was fabulous.

It was an amazing visit in Helnan Antoniades palace hotel. I was here 3 days and I extended one night more. Its very excellent hotel and service was wonderful and the room was very Very Very clean and I really recommend it. .MR Mohamad in the reception was great. He was so kindly and friendly. And the staff members also.

The Grand Plaza Hotel is a perfect and very nice hotel. All employees are very helpfull and kind. The hotel and rooms are very clean. I liked also the breakfeast and dinner. The hotel is also a perfect place for families. My little son was happy there and he got a lot of positive attention and love from the employees. We really enjoyed our stay in the Grand Plaza Hotel and I definitely recommend it!

The location is perfect, and the staff is very good, especially Ms .Bassma at reception. She did a tremendous job and gave us a free room upgrade. And rooms making supervisor Mr Ramadan was a good person and did his job perfectly. Breakfast was perfect.
