Everyone was really nice and helpful! I spontaneously decided to arrive one day later, which was no problem for them, Christeen changed the dates with no additional charge. Christeen also made sure that my stay was perfect, every single day and they gave me water bottles everyday which was really important to me! Breakfast was really good, they have enough vegetarian options in case you‘re wondering The room was nice and so was the pool

My stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, close to everything you need to fully enjoy the area. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The facilities are modern and impeccably maintained, providing maximum comfort. The food was simply outstanding—every meal was a true delight. A special thanks to Samir, the hotel’s director, for his professionalism, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. Nile and temple view was wonderful , decoration room was perfect. Staff was great the service was the best in Egypt,specialy Taha was a great and helpful man,also his manager they were always smilling. food was great , the head chef asked for our opinion after each meal. I love all of it! The location is perfect, the house is just beautiful with all the nice colors and paintings and amazing views to the Nile. I stayed in a very comfortable and big room with a small balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful specially Aya and Tamer. And Tamer even speaks a bit of Spanish which is not common in Egypt. The breakfast is amazing as well as the Egyptian food options available if you want to have lunch or dinner. It is very nice to walk around the streets of the Nubian village and there is a local market very close where you can find lots of nice things.

Wonderful quiet location high up above the town of Aswan with amazing view. Our rooms were in the ground floor with wide terraces and comfy outdoor seating. There was a small pool beside our room which was so refreshing with fluffy towels and sun loungers. The rooms were spacious modern and clean with crisp bed linen, small seating area. Bottles of water provided and plates of fruit and sweet treats refreshed daily. There was a small bar area which served beer, wine etc. Staff were really excellent. An early start one morning we were given breakfast boxes, all ready when we arrived at reception. It was great value for money for2 rooms B&B for 2 nights. Loved it and highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about this hotel, from the main building to the common areas, pool landscape, rooms and last but not least service is absolutely outstanding! We found our stay at the end of a 3-week vacation in the Nile Valley to be the cherry on too of our trip.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel tasted good. The dinner price is reasonably 350 Egyptian pounds per person. The river view room can see the sunrise .The room was clean. Arrival by car can be stopped at the terminal. To the old market is about 20 minutes by car. You need to reach the pier with what's app to connect hotel. The boss and employees are friendly.
