The property is very very beautiful, clean and new. The location is amazing for the view on the nile. It's also close to the airport, as there is a new road being constructed which makes access easy. The food was also great. We are vegan and we had an easy time finding great food. They even made an extra breakfast box for us to go to Abu Simbel. The room was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean. Momen was extremely helpful to show us around, as we came a little unprepared to aswan. He answered all our questions very patiently and organized us transport to Luxor.

It’s a beautiful place, build by a retired mother that worked as a teacher and now wants to leave a bussiness for her two dauthers. You can see the love on the place and wanting to do stuff as good as possible. They have little semiapartments with shared half kitchens (not stove but fridge, a sink, glasses and plates), the room I stayed had a balcony with beautiful views to the nile river, had airconditioning but also a fan, so you can chose. The shower has a heater, and though it has an interesting design just in the middle of the toilet, it works and is very good. The owner incredibly nice, very nice person to talk with. Her dauther is the only one doing Bird watching tours in Aswan (even being featured on the Lonely planet).

Nubiano Cataract is a great authentic hotel in Nubian Style. I loved the colorful walls and the room was charming with a beautiful view over the Nile River. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and correct. I slept like a baby at night. I felt at home and happy. The location is close to Philae Island, it was perfect for me!

I had pleasure to staying at this hidden gem, it was like stepping into another world - one where time slows down, nature surrounds you. The island has its own farm, where people are welcome to pick fresh fruits and veggies- a true gift from the Nile. These vibrant ingredients become part of the meals we enjoyed. There are small boats and kayak available for guests to use, offering a sense of freedom and adventure. Recommend paddling to Seheil island with authentic Nubian village and fantastic view of Nile. Sherif and his team was incredibly thoughtful and generous. He not only coordinated activities on and around the island, but also create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that brought all the guests together. What I liked the most was the originality of the proposal, the architecture and the theme of the hotel, inspired by the Greek architecture of Mykonos but with touches of the Nubian culture, very present in the region. Everything follows this idea as I understand it, the musical shows, the architecture, the dishes. Ideal for those looking for a good hotel and a different experience at the same time. The human quality of the hotel staff is totally remarkable, Daher and Omar are remarkable, the receptionists on the morning shift are always in an enviable mood and the hotel manager is always attentive to everything, to also highlight the Spa services within the hotel itself.
