The property is very very beautiful, clean and new. The location is amazing for the view on the nile. It's also close to the airport, as there is a new road being constructed which makes access easy. The food was also great. We are vegan and we had an easy time finding great food. They even made an extra breakfast box for us to go to Abu Simbel. The room was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Everything was clean. Momen was extremely helpful to show us around, as we came a little unprepared to aswan. He answered all our questions very patiently and organized us transport to Luxor.

This beautiful guesthouse hosted by the most wonderful lady has an incredible view of the Nile. The facilities are clean and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and she was kind enough to make us a superb dinner too as we were too tired from our travels to go out. The lovely host is responsive and happy to organise cheap transport for you to go wherever you need in Aswan. It might seem out of the way but the location is perfect for all the sights. I would 100% return here to enjoy the beautiful view, the delicious home cooked food, and the company of the wonderful hostess.

Nubiano Cataract is a great authentic hotel in Nubian Style. I loved the colorful walls and the room was charming with a beautiful view over the Nile River. The breakfast was very tasty and the staff was very friendly and correct. I slept like a baby at night. I felt at home and happy. The location is close to Philae Island, it was perfect for me!

My husband and I are from Vietnam. We spent our honeymoon here. - The hotel is in a very convenient and quiet location. - The owner and staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Although they cannot speak much English, but they are very honest. When I asked for a car for the next trip, they also helped me very well. - The food was delicious, but too much for us. When we did not finish it, we asked them to keep it in the refrigerator and in the evening they reheated it for us and they did not charge anything. Although I gave them a tip. I recommend you guys should try Grill Chicken. Conclude, I would give this hotel a score of 10/10, which is suitable for the cost we spent.

I had pleasure to staying at this hidden gem, it was like stepping into another world - one where time slows down, nature surrounds you. The island has its own farm, where people are welcome to pick fresh fruits and veggies- a true gift from the Nile. These vibrant ingredients become part of the meals we enjoyed. There are small boats and kayak available for guests to use, offering a sense of freedom and adventure. Recommend paddling to Seheil island with authentic Nubian village and fantastic view of Nile. Sherif and his team was incredibly thoughtful and generous. He not only coordinated activities on and around the island, but also create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that brought all the guests together. What a beautiful hotel! Stunning property, stunning views and such great attention to detail everywhere you look! The staff are really friendly and were eager to help us during our entire stay with any needs we had. And they were not expecting tips like in the rest of Aswan, they were doing it because they genuinely wanted to help which was very much appreciated! Our room was beautiful, spacious, and we were so pleased to see that we had a jacuzzi on our balcony, with a beautiful view of the Nile - wow! The location is remote which is so relaxing and away from the bustle of Aswan but still within easy distance to get there, and the staff can book you a boat to get to the other side as long as you give them 30 mins notice and it is a free service. The breakfast was also good!
