They humiliate you just to book a restaurant or go to the beach, with strange rules: entry is only allowed for couples, and for couples the woman must not be veiled. The area have a promising future, but right now beside what is available at the north square and the mall its pretty empty and very over priced, and several locations and restaurants are not accessible unless you are staying at Rixsos. Beautiful beaches, clear turquoise water, soft white sand. Full range of modern amenities. Our hotel had everything we needed; we swam in the pool in the morning and spent afternoons at the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets were fabulous. Staff were super-helpful and friendly. El Alamein is our favourite place for a relaxing get-away.Guest review bySusanCanada

The staff were super friendly, especially Aya from the guest relation. We celebrated our wedding anniversary in the best way possible. Aya offered us a late checkout, a free cabana on the beach, which was decorated for us with a private jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
