It was an exceptional stay, we loved every detail, from the great building the decorations, and warm welcome. The staff’s genuine friendliness. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great decor and the fantastic view. The staff were attentive and they kept ensured that we were comfortable. Thanks to Jumana,Ahmed,Musad and all staff. Everything! I'm Egyptian but I live in Switzerland and must admit it has been the best hotel experience we ever had. My son and my parents loved. The hospitality, the comfort, cleanliness, views, and the Food. The Staff were wonderful, friendly and very professional. Mohamed Abu Elfotouh the outlet manager is the most dedicated, professional and excellent I have ever seen. He is so present and observant of all his team. He creates wonderful communication with all customers and makes everyone happy. We definitely going again and highly recommend for everyone.

My stay was really amazing ,the room size was wider than expected and the room was vey clean , the staff was really friendly and helpful especially rehab the guest relation manager . Also the reception employees were very cheerful. The breakfast was really good and had different varieties. I would love to have my next stay there for sure .
