Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a wide variety for breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant two nights and found the menu very varied and the prices were reasonable.

The reception was inviting and nicely decorated. We enjoyed a good breakfast with a pleasant neighborhood view. Our room was spacious, well-decorated, and had a lovely window seat.
