Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

We had a very big double room with a wide and comfortable bed, the room was clean. The service is amazing and allowed us to leave our luggage for a day after our stay. The receptionists are very helpful and kind. The location is very nice in the old town. Very good value for money!

This is a fabulous hotel. Polished off, modern, clean, classy. Best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel anywhere - dining at its finest. With a crazy view over the mountains and Quito. The staff are all incredible. Super friendly and helpful. Nice gym! This place is a class act. Could teach big brand American hotels a few things. Well done Go Quito!!

Good and safe location, very clean rooms and nice interior. We really enjoyed breakfast, it was all homemade and super delicious. The staff were the best part. Very welcoming people, also organised transport from the airport and back to it for us. Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything. They exceeded our expectations: the little details (flowers, candies, hot water bottle for the night, welcome cookies), cleaning, food, etc. Even if we stayed during weekend, we didn’t hear any noise from the clubs.

We loved our 3-night stay at Hotel La Basilica! The staff were all warm & welcoming, and regularly checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the area and visiting local churches, restaurants and shops. The room and bed were quite comfortable, and we slept well in the peaceful setting.
