This hotel was everything I dreamed of for a peaceful Caribbean escape. The villa we stayed in was spacious, stylish, and had a fully equipped kitchen that made it feel like home. Every morning we had breakfast on the terrace surrounded by tropical greenery. The garden pool was absolutely gorgeous, calm, clean, and surrounded by palm trees. It was the perfect place to relax after a morning at the beach, which was just a short walk away. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and eager to help with anything we needed. We also loved exploring the nearby restaurants, all within easy walking distance. The area felt safe and welcoming, even at night. Everything about this place felt relaxing and genuine.

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The suite had a dining area, kitchenette, and terrace with pool views. The bathroom was modern and came with quality toiletries. Breakfast was varied and filling, with both continental and à la carte options. The staff were consistently attentive and kind.

We stayed with our kids and had such a pleasant time. The suite was spacious, and the kitchenette allowed us to prepare simple meals. The rooftop pool was safe and fun for the children, while we enjoyed the terrace in the evenings. Breakfast included plenty of family-friendly options. Having the beach right outside was such a convenience.

We came as a group of four friends, and this resort was absolutely perfect for us. The suites were spacious with fully equipped kitchens, so we could cook together when we didn’t feel like dining out. Our pool became our hangout spot, especially during sunset. Having direct access to the bavaro beach was a game-changer, so we could go swimming anytime.

Beaches are absolutely amazing, the ocean is warm, the water is super clean and crystal clear! We did have some bad luck with hurricane melissa passing by and with that a couple of rainy/cloudy days. Otherwise its a fantastic place to spend your vacation!!

I am a travel agent and I would not recommend anyone to stay here , they are a scammer and their , they want you to pay deposit plus for electricity which is 700 pesos which they did not put in there description or policy I had to leave my passport because I told them I am not paying it. Then the room they sent me was dirty, the bathroom was very bad pipes rusted and mold filthy. The water was no good it was salt. Then electricy went away. I had a very bad experience. Do not go there and they want you to pay deposit and they don't refund. If you book it for 3 days and then you don't change your mind they don't want to refund back the cash. They are theif. Stay away from this place

Punta Cana is a lovely place.

Punta Cana is a lovely place. It would be nice to have public transportation buses to the Blue Mall etc. Lots to see and do here. It would be really nice to be able to book tourist sight seeing flights on helicopters and small planes. We did zip lining and visited the monkeys..both good experiences our parasailing was cancelled correctly due to the tropical storm. I always try to leave small tips for workers in the resorts. They are very appreciative of the money. It makes a difference.

This was my second time visiting Punta Cana.

This was my second time visiting Punta Cana. Still undergoing a lot of building and construction, but it is a growing county. We stayed in Uvero Alto at the beginning of September. We did see plenty of seaweed but they do try to remove it daily. But for my liking the ocean is nice to see but due to the darker water and seaweed I didn't get in the water. Macoa beach was not impressive and they have many vendors that are extremely overpriced. Other than that you can walk along the beach, but plan to take your own food for the day or spend $25 per lb of fish or $30 per lb for lobster. Saona Island was beautiful, you see the blue Caribbean waters and white sand. This time we saw clear waters, but the first time there was a lot of seaweed.

I imagine that the big resorts in Punta Cana are nice. The rest of the town is just a run down beach town geared for tourists. Poorly planned and even more poorly maintained. It's pretty much a smaller, dirtier version of Jacksonville, Florida.

The hotel was very beautiful, lovely flower, I felt safe with my daughter there. There were things to do at every corner of the ground and very nice entertainment at night. Very big hotel, drink and food all day long, there were things for children to partaking in and many other things to do. I would recommend for others to visit when they get a chance.

I actually stayed three times during my holiday in Punta Cana as I really enjoyed my stay there in the first place and I am so grateful the reception and reservation departments assisted with my bookings. Location itself was just like other places in Punta Cana hotels area. But whole vibe like green grass, palm trees, villas directly if front of the beach was amazing. We loved the beach area, it was clean, well maintained and secured by security guards so no other than guest from Beach village could use it. Whole garden is really chilled and beautiful. Security guards polite and always happy to great us!

This was a great, and good value, apartment and we really enjoyed staying there. It had everything we needed. Sandy was a helpful and responsive host. The beach, and nice places to eat, are all around a 5 to 10 minute walk away. I'd recommend the nearby Villa Blanca beach club. Staying here gave us a somewhat more authentic experience of Punta Cana than the resort hotels.

It is good airport hotel, if you arrive to Punta Cana late at night. They also provide a transfer from airport which is good. The room was clean and nice, breakfast was tasty and hearty. If you want to stay 1-2 nights, it is perfect choice. It is also located close to the bus station.

The hotel was in a great location, with it’s own beach. It was a short taxi ride from Punta Cana Airport (around 20 minutes) - I would recommend pre booking a taxi. The staff were lovely and we would stay here again.
