The suite was perfect for us, with a dining area and kitchenette that made meals easy. The kids loved the pool, while we enjoyed the pool views from our terrace. Breakfast was varied enough to satisfy everyone’s preferences. The hotel’s free parking made it simple to explore Punta Cana by car. Its location right near Arena Gorda Beach was a huge plus.

I spent a week at this hotel and didn’t want to leave. The studio I stayed in had a small balcony that overlooked the garden, and it was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to cook a few meals when I didn’t feel like eating out. The pool was surrounded by tropical greenery and always kept clean. The beach was only a few minutes away, so I went there almost every day. The area had plenty of restaurants with fresh seafood and local dishes. The hotel was peaceful, even though it was in the city center. It was the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. Everything was so well thought out, from the design to the service.

Beaches are absolutely amazing, the ocean is warm, the water is super clean and crystal clear! We did have some bad luck with hurricane melissa passing by and with that a couple of rainy/cloudy days. Otherwise its a fantastic place to spend your vacation!!

I am a travel agent and I would not recommend anyone to stay here , they are a scammer and their , they want you to pay deposit plus for electricity which is 700 pesos which they did not put in there description or policy I had to leave my passport because I told them I am not paying it. Then the room they sent me was dirty, the bathroom was very bad pipes rusted and mold filthy. The water was no good it was salt. Then electricy went away. I had a very bad experience. Do not go there and they want you to pay deposit and they don't refund. If you book it for 3 days and then you don't change your mind they don't want to refund back the cash. They are theif. Stay away from this place

Punta Cana is a lovely place.

Punta Cana is a lovely place. It would be nice to have public transportation buses to the Blue Mall etc. Lots to see and do here. It would be really nice to be able to book tourist sight seeing flights on helicopters and small planes. We did zip lining and visited the monkeys..both good experiences our parasailing was cancelled correctly due to the tropical storm. I always try to leave small tips for workers in the resorts. They are very appreciative of the money. It makes a difference.

This was my second time visiting Punta Cana.

This was my second time visiting Punta Cana. Still undergoing a lot of building and construction, but it is a growing county. We stayed in Uvero Alto at the beginning of September. We did see plenty of seaweed but they do try to remove it daily. But for my liking the ocean is nice to see but due to the darker water and seaweed I didn't get in the water. Macoa beach was not impressive and they have many vendors that are extremely overpriced. Other than that you can walk along the beach, but plan to take your own food for the day or spend $25 per lb of fish or $30 per lb for lobster. Saona Island was beautiful, you see the blue Caribbean waters and white sand. This time we saw clear waters, but the first time there was a lot of seaweed.

I imagine that the big resorts in Punta Cana are nice. The rest of the town is just a run down beach town geared for tourists. Poorly planned and even more poorly maintained. It's pretty much a smaller, dirtier version of Jacksonville, Florida.

The hotel was very beautiful, lovely flower, I felt safe with my daughter there. There were things to do at every corner of the ground and very nice entertainment at night. Very big hotel, drink and food all day long, there were things for children to partaking in and many other things to do. I would recommend for others to visit when they get a chance.

The staff was friendly and very solicit. Extremely sympathetic, kind staff everywhere. The hotel's maintenance was clearly awesome, the gardens were breathtakingly beautiful, swimming pools always clean and the water was warm. The beach was really nice and the water there was always warm. Food was exceptional at the buffet and in most restaurants. I absolutely lived my stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a fair price resort in Punta Cana.

We had a layover of 2 nights in the Dominican republic with flight in and out from Punta Cana. Hotel was for us a perfect accommodation for our short stay with an excellent value for money. Very comfortable and clean room. Very friendly people and positive vibes. Abundant food for breakfast - I loved the pancakes. We spent our full day at the beach which can be reached easily by the walking.

We had a wonderful stay by this place. We totally enjoyed the hotel and the excursions. And what to say about the meals? Well, it was really good quality. We found a lot of nice places in the Punta Cana but this one surely deserves the number one place.
