In fact a good description of the hotel would be "restaurant with rooms" rather than "hotel". Much frequented by the business community, at breakfast too. Excellent breakfast buffet, though the coffee was not brilliant - served in thermos flasks! Comfortable room with its own balcony. And of course the location: the view from the house and terrace is stunning. The terrace is oriented towards the south so always sunny (and surrounded by lavender). The house close to the many interesting places in northern Sjaelland and yet in a very quiet place.
