the rooms were lovely, cleaned everyday. the wifi was great considering it was free and chantel was very kind and friendly! the location was great, right next to the metro stop so only about 10 mins into the city. the bakery next door is also wonderful! would definitely return

My two nights in the hotel was verry pleasant. Room was clean and had all the necessities exept a mini fridge, but it wast that much of an issue for me. Breakfast was nice and everything was verry good specially pancakes. Staff was amazing and they ordered a taxi for me to the airport. Location wise the hotel is a about 10 metro ride a way from the central city and max 5 min walk away from a shopping center and the royal arena. It's also easy to get there by train. Overall i will definitely be visiting this hotel again in the future.

Let's start with the hotel's ambiance and decor. The Moroccan inspiration throughout the property created a unique and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by vibrant colors, intricate patterns, and stylish furnishings that exuded warmth and comfort. The attention to detail in the room design was particularly inspiring, with thoughtful touches that added to the overall aesthetic appeal. The highlight of my stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. The heated outdoor pool was a real treat, providing a relaxing oasis where I could unwind and enjoy a swim regardless of the weather. The pool area was well-maintained, and the comfortable loungers offered a perfect spot for sunbathing or reading a book. Additionally, the two types of saunas available at the hotel were a welcome bonus. They provided a soothing retreat to rejuvenate and indulge in some self-care. Whether I wanted to unwind in the traditional Finnish sauna or experience the invigorating benefits of the steam sauna, both options were available and contributed to a truly relaxing stay. In terms of service, the hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. Their warm hospitality added an extra layer of comfort to my stay, and I appreciated their genuine dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Outstanding staff, they changed our room since there were warmer ones available. The street is a bit dark but few minutes from Orsund and next metro station, few stops from city center and from Copenhagen airport. The kitchen allows to cook and save a lot of money on meals (eating outside in Copenhagen is painfully expensive). Few minutes walking from the hotel there's a Lidl with very honest prices. The laundry is cheap and clean. Excellent value per price

This place was gorgeous, we were lucky it snowed when we stayed and took a stroll in the snow to the beach. Very comfortable and had all we needed. Would love to come back and stay again. Close enough to Copenhagen to enjoy the city but nice to feel away from hustle

An absolutely beautiful property, spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. In an excellent location just 10 minutes from the airport and 600 m from the sea. I did not hear any of the planes flying overhead.
