Breakfast was well beyond expectation. Room was large, actually 2 rooms. The location, right on the main road was perfect. It was nice having some space between us and the huge concert that was going on up the hill.

Perfect location at the walking distance to the ski lift of the one and only ski slope that had snow (artificial one) during our stay. Everything is crispy new and clean. Amazing friendly staff. Great breakfasts included in the price. Pet-friendly.

    It is more touristic than I thought, a bit overcrowded for my taste. One reason to not take the cable car up the mountain. If you like crowds and lots of restaurants you're at the right place. We had a good meal in Willingen. We went to the hang bridge (Sky walk) nearby, we visited the Dimeltalsperre and we went shopping in Winterberg.

    Willingen is a nice village located in stunning nature.

    Willingen is a nice village located in stunning nature. But it nevertheless became a hotspot for stag and hen parties and the likes. If you're looking for a calm and quiet place you need to come in Novembre or February. But if you - like we did - are keen to combine outdoor sports with a vibrant nightlife you've come to the right spot.

    Willingen has changed a lot In 1980-83 I was here nearly every Wedensday and Saturday Skiing. There is a lot more to do and see in Willingen. The hiking trails are great there are a lot of Mountain bike trails as well. One small point if you want to eat at one of the more well known resataurants at 19.00 make sure you reserve a table the day before.

    Loved the wellness facilities, location and staff. Evening meal was a little disappointing, breakfast was good. Loved the coffee thermos on our table. The room had a great bathroom and plenty radiator to dry wet ski Cleo thing however there was a window in our room facing a communal court yard and recreation area but no curtain and we were constantly overlooked. Without the evening meals which we had taken off, the hotel offers less value for money as hoped for.

    The self check-in was pretty easy because we had the reservation in advance and it was already in the system. The tech issue that we had with our booking was handled very smooth and we did not face any issues, thanks to the hotel's stuff.
