We are a family with a little baby. we didn’t expect the hotel even prepared a baby bed, baby chair, and a baby food warmer for us. the breakfast was sent to the room, so we can have the meal together with my baby without worrying to bother other people. All the arrangements just made my wife and me so happy and my baby also had a very good sleep - and it’s not easy:) definitely the best hotel experience I have had in the past few years. The location is not that close to the highway, but there is a shopping mall nearby, and I found very nice food for my wife who got a cold and just want some warm and light food. The day after, we stayed in a four star hotel, but not comparable with Seeblick. Seeblick has just gave us five star experience

Staff were courteous, helpful and spoke English well; we had a great dinner with the recommendation from the front desk. We didn't take advantage of the breakfast, but perhaps we will next time since all else turned out to be excellent. We did appreciate the coffee and tea facilities downstairs. They watched our bags for a few hours while we toured more of Flensburg before leaving on the train.

A great hotel, we enjoyed our short stay. The internet worked perfectly. The room was very clean and modern, a bit small but it was enough for us. The employees were amazing, very friendly and met all our wishes. The breakfast was great, lovely service and really nice atmosphere, also the restaurant/bar at the hotel is a great place to have drinks. The location was great, directly in the city :)

The facilities are top notch, but what stands out is the staff. Universally friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. The button for the large flush in our room was hanging a little, so we told reception. First response was an offer for another room. We simply suggested that they had a look at it and next morning the maintenance guy changed the whole flush plate and all was in order. The staff in the lobby bar also went out of their way to provide us with precisely what we wanted. The hotel is placed at the bottom of the Flensburg harbour and the main shopping street is half a block away. Great restaurants in the neighborhood, and the hotel breakfast was excellent. We will certainly be back.
