Good location not in the city center for a short stop in Munich for reasonable money. The hotel has its own underground garage. Rooms with fresh repairs, mini-kitchen. Good plumbing. Good soundproofing. We left early and did not order breakfast. The main thing is that the hotel owners try very hard and are attentive to each client. We are very grateful to them.

    Description of this hotel is inaccurate in terms of location...

    Description of this hotel is inaccurate in terms of location and amenities. It must state that hotel is located in an industrial area with limited transport to central Munich. Taxis to the centre are very expensive and the price varies a lot per taxi company. The hotel advertises a taxi company in its reception that is very expensive compared to Uber (twice as much!). The supervisor responds angrily when confronted with this information. In order to maintain the hotel's reputation, the management must not advertise taxi companies that take advantage of its guests. Business ethics of companies associated with the hotel matter, in this case was very much questionable. The supervisor and managers are also very rude and abrupt, lacking basic customer service.

    We stayed at the hotel for two nights with my family and were really happy with most of the experience. The room was very clean and tidy, and the cleaning service was excellent. It was spacious enough for us, with nice extras like a small fridge, extra blankets and pillows, a TV, and a balcony. On-site parking was also a big plus.
