I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. On the night of August 14th to 15th, a member of the night staff was incredibly helpful and kind. When we needed urgent medical assistance, he immediately guided us to the nearest night medical service and made sure we felt supported and safe. His professionalism and genuine care went above and beyond our expectations. Thanks to his help, a stressful situation was handled smoothly.
