Nice location in the wineries of Brauneberg. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was great. It was possible to taste the wines of Gehlen-Cornelius in the lounge of the hotel. But there was no bar with snacks or food.. From the room, you have a great view of the wineries. Brauneberg is a small town, and there is not much to do. There are a lot of hikes in the direct neighborhood of the hotel. It was also possible to rent ebikes in the hotel.

Evening meal was amazing - they were voted 6th out of 1850 regional restaurants in Germany Breakfast was an all you can eat buffet with a wide range of choices. Minibar was good value - €7.50 for a 75cl of their own wine free mineral water in the room was a nice surprise

Very warm welcome with a glass of sparkling wine. Very comfortable room facing the river and local landmarks. Food very good. Ate outside both evenings. Very substantial breakfast buffet. Location very good for touring the area. Plentiful parking spaces.

    New apartment - terrific view from separate terrace garden, above mist clouds in the morning (autumn) - great stop if you are sportive: walking or cycling uphill quite steep - easy to walk over to Trarbach and come back by boat to Bernkastel - Taxi from Bernkastel to Graach schäferei 15 € (= price for a bus ticket for 2)
