Everything was spectacular. It's quiet, family and dog friendly, the food was very good as well, the beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean, the view from the restaurant is amazing! We only stayed one night, but could easily stay more.

Hotel is in good location for hiking and bike riding. Also good for visiting Passau, Linz and Czech Rep. I had a comfortable room with balcony and a nice view. The all inclusive deal is good value. The “Helles” was excellent. Food was typical German/Bavarian wholesome and tasty. Staff were friendly. Recommended

Beautifully refurbished property in the small village of Obernzell, just out of Passau. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a small, well equipped kitchen for self catering. Absolutely glorious view, overlooking the Danube, from the balcony. You simply cannot go past this for an authentic experience in the German countryside. We ate at the hotel Donaublick, just next door, which had the same spectacular view.
