The breakfast is outstanding. If you can't get happy there, you can't get happy period. Great selection, all fresh and stocked, attentive staff. The VIP lounge is also outstanding. The bed was falling into a cloud comfortable. Everything was very clean. Rooftop bar is fabulous. This is our second stay and we will come back.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming.. nothing was too much trouble. A suitcase did not make the flight..the staff made sure we were informed as soon as it was delivered. We were out at dinner and they did not want us to worry. Our return flight was cancelled and we needed to extend our stay ...again the staff were quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

    Frankfurt is so much more than a financial hub. A vibrant city and Rich in culture and the arts. An abundance of lively cafes and bars There is a stunning Botanical Gardens in Palmengarten - a green oasis in the middle of the city and well worth a visit. Frankfurters are proud of Goethe and a visit to his family home another must. Top quality wines especially the Reislings and very reasonably priced.

    This was a two day stopover.

    This was a two day stopover. Hotel is in nice area of town and U Bahn stations an easy walk. Restaurant next door looked great but didn't have enough time. Head down to the river for some great sights. Transport good. Easy train trip from the airport, 15 mins into central then change to U4 line for two stops.

    Frankfurt is a very business-oriented city with many impressive modern buildings. The old town is beautiful and worth visiting. Around Frankfurt there are plenty of charming towns to explore, and the region also offers great thermal baths.

    We like Frankfurt. I think it does not get enough credit.

    We like Frankfurt. I think it does not get enough credit. We like to walk along the each side of the river. We found many charming cafes to sit and rest in. We find the public transportation system very good. The train station is impressive and easy to manage.

    The city was beautiful with a very good sense of the old mixed with new. Well worth visiting. This was my second time to visit. Frankfurt is also excellently located to access the Rail Network, We visited by train Köln (Cologne), Heidelberg and Idsteiner always returning to Frankfurt. The locals were always very helpful in explaining or translating. The shopping is excellent

    The location of this hotel is excellent. After a 10 to 15 minutes' walk, you can reach Römeberg to explore the city centre. There are shopping malls and a range of businesses. After that, you can walk along the riverside to appreciate the downtown view. I really enjoy the restaurant at the top of the hotel. It is a place where you can have fine dining or simply relax with a few drinks while taking in the views of the skylines in Frankfurt.

Well connected to the City Center and the Airport, Hotel am Berg provides its guests with a deep dive into an historical residence surrounded by nature. Staff is really welcoming and caring.     The room and property were really clean and looked after. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location sadly had builders around it but still the view and closeness to the city centre were fantastic. We stayed there for a concert and the hotel was perfect for this short stay, I look forward to coming back if I ever need to be in Frankfurt again!
