Munich was just supposed to be a change of flights but when Lufthansa cancelled the flight home and greeted us with armed police instead of extra customer service personnel before frankly just closing the doors we had a desperate search of room for the night. I would describe the room as a modern high class design. Everything was clean and of good quality. Espresso machine and minibar in the room. Very quiet. Window facing the car museum/sales hall with a flashing sign which was a bit disturbing but easily solved by shutting the shades. If you are into sport cars you are going to love the display of old and new luxury automobiles. This was open all night to guests.. Good cooked breakfast.

The staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean the rooms are very nice and comfortable and if you need anything just round the corner there is aldi and the bus stop is in front of the hotel very easy to catch

    Close to the airport but it's quiet area.

    Close to the airport but it's quiet area. Suitable for a short transit not for few days stay. The room itself is different from the picture & the fridge is broken cannot be used (without the door) but they still keep it in the room for no reason. It's not value for the money you paid.

    The staff was friendly and helpful.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice ambience, and the breakfast was fantastic! Especially the seating right next to the canal. Also really lively beergarten right next door. And our trip to the airport by car the next morning was really nice... just a 2-lane scenic highway the entire distance... maybe 25 minutes at most. Perfect place to stay when you are flying out of Munich Flughafen.

    A really lovely apartment block within a stone’s throw of the station, yet very quiet and peaceful. Ismaning is a perfect spot to stay, away from the city, but with really easy train links to Munich and the airport. The apartment was comfortable and spotlessly clean and had a nice little south facing balcony for breakfast on sunny mornings. Best of all was our host, Rosi, who was so lovely and welcoming.

    We booked Hotel am Schlosspark due to its proximity to MUC and to its S8 station to Munchen OST. It was a lovely walk from the station to the hotel (even with suitcases). Thankful for a lift to move luggage to our room. Lovely sunroom breakfast area with wide variety of morning foods. And we were thankful to be removed from the hustle bustle of Oktoberfest in Munchen.

    The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is very kind. The price versus quality is astonishing good. Although, the breakfast buffet looks small at first sigh, in reality one gets everything is needed to stat the day in a delicious way, croissants, various rolls, jam, cheese, ham and so on. Continuously refilled at any time!

    The reception lady was excellent. Very helpful and fluent English. Being able to have a beer after arriving late was great. We didn’t have to go out. Hotel was bigger than expected and the local area it’s peaceful and has enough to fill in a day. Breakfast was excellent.

    I liked the traditional Bavarian "vibe" of the hotel and the small rive passing nearby. Also, the free parking is a very nice feature. Their restaurant/beer garden is good.
