Each and every staff member I talked to was exceptionally friendly, really they went out of their way to make the stay nice and pleasant. The location was great for us, close to motorway which suited us as it was a stopover. We drove three miles in the morning, left our car at the Train Station Weisloch-Walldorf and took a Group Ticket to cover us for approx. €21 for 3 adults on all local trains and buses for the day (not ICE trains) to Heidelberg for the Christmas Market, the gentleman on Reception gave us very detailed instructions for where we needed to go. The restaurant staff in the evening were very helpful and personable. Breakfast was very comprehensive and excellent quality. Sadly we didn't have time to try the Indoor Pool.

The host was extremelly welcoming. It was easy and fast to communicate with him in english. I had to do some changes in my schedule and they were made swiftly and without any headache. Self-check-in was easy, with a lock for the key. The room was identical to the pictures, very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower and the bed were amazing. The small porch was the charm. The breakfast at the bakery was simply delicious everyday, and had a lot of options to choose from. People at the bakery spoke english which helped a lot. The localization is perfect, at walking distance to the city center, church, restaurants, stores and etc. 15-20min walking distance from SAP. 2 min walking distance from the bus stop which goes to the train station and to SAP. My stay was perfect and I recommend this place to all my colleagues who stay in Walldorf.
