The apartment was very clean, private, and very thoughtfully laid-out, with personal touches. Communication was great with Daniel, he provided us with detailed & clear instructions about checking in - outside hours. Having a garages parking was a bonus. Great spot in the center of Bamberg. We were able to walk to restaurants and sites from our location. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. We were there during a hot spell and the air conditioned rooms felt amazing. We also enjoyed the open patio for breakfasts and late night drinks. We did not have dinner there, but after looking at the menu I regretted that decision.

The location is great! Close to the city center and old town, bus stops, the main bus station, markets, shopping points, restaurants, river bank, pharmacies, bakeries... Kind and helpful staff. Even their working time is not 24 hours, you can reach them by phone, they always try to resolve the issue and help. New things inside their rooms, clean, tidy, big rooms, comfortable bed, big toilet, big TV, great AC (air conditioning), two sofas which could be transformed into beds for two people. Walls are not tiny, construction of the building is great, sound isolation also, so we couldn't hear other guests or traffic from the main street. Nice view of the city from windows (the highest floor). Really perfect place! Also, we arrived earlier, before check in time, and we left in the afternoon, after check out time... but staff was so kind and provided some space for our luggage close to the reception. We didn't use breakfast service and parking, so we cannot comment that. As a recommendation and way to attract more guests, maybe it will be a good idea to provide some discounts or coupons/vouchers for longer stays or for guests who would like to come back again, since the prices are not very affordable and it is one of the expensive hotels in Bamberg.
