Location outside of the city. Its not a typical chain hotel where everything is available 24/ 7 but honestly this also adds charm to its character. Property builds on heritage of the buildings giving it very genuine feel during the stay. They do facilitate dogs which in my case is a big winner ! Rooms are very clean and staff is extremely helpful and facilitating even if one comes late. Breakfast is fabulous.

Great location for travellers by the highway. Modern rooms with comfortable beds and soundproof windows give you the opportunity to relax after a long drive. Staff was really nice. A plus is also free parking and a shop on the petrol station that is open 24/7.

Quiet area with available parking. Room was clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Room big enough for two adults and two small children. Close to the autobahn while still being far enough from it that you don’t hear it. Would highly recommend.

The hotel had just been renovated, but everything still worked well. The room was large and nicely decorated. The shower room was very modern. The bed was excellent. The internet worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was located right in the center of town, but still had parking in front of the hotel and in the courtyard. Lovely place to stay and very easy to get to know the city. The restaurant was still closed for renovations, but there were other good places to eat nearby. The real gem was the unimaginably wonderful breakfast - both a taste experience and a visual experience. We had only booked the accommodation because we were driving through Germany and were looking for a hotel close to the motorway. The hotel turned out to be excellent and the Bispingen itself a lovely area. Next time we will book more time and explore the area better.

Once more.

Once more. Everything was OK exepct behaviour of waitresses in outside restaurant. We have sit there more than fifteen minutes as hotel guests. No one gave us any chance to order meal or drink, althout other tabels wiht local speaking people were served immediately. I was really not enjoyed with this facet. I am travelling through Germany more than thirty years, but this was one of my worst experiences. I am usually used for hospitality and good behaviour to guests,.

It was a wonderful time in the heath, finding peace and...

It was a wonderful time in the heath, finding peace and relaxation. The direct paths into the heath are perfect for a hike even before a hearty breakfast. Highly recommended for dog owners. I would definitely come back.

In Bispungen, on the main street above the savings bank, there's a family-run medical practice we met. It's spotlessly clean, with friendly staff and a doctor who prescribed the missing medication for us. Both the savings bank and the pharmacy were very accommodating and friendly. Good shopping options nearby: Edeka, Lidl, Rossmann, Kik, Penny.

A quiet, secluded spot with amenities and nearby attractions for enjoyable short stays. Very centrally located for exploring the entire Lüneburg Heath. We traveled from Hodenhagen to Hamburg.

There's plenty to see in the surrounding area.

There's plenty to see in the surrounding area. "Iserhatsche" should definitely be on every tourist's to-do list. Beautiful roads, perfect for driving a sports car. Lovely scenery. Very well-kept villages.

Behringen, a small village in the Lüneburg Heath, is located almost in the center of the area. The village also boasts a lovely restaurant, the "Hotel Zur Grünen Eiche." It's definitely worth a visit.

Wonderful setting to explore the Lüneburg Heath. You will wake to birdsong, can walk from the hotel in any direction and be immersed in nature . The hotel is understated , fits into the landscape and does not try to be on trend. The staff are delightful, rooms airy and clean and there is a lovely peaceful sauna area.
