Breakfast was excellent and plentiful German breakfast. Room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. Attached restaurant was very good for dinner. Can get quite busy as food is excellent, so best to have a dinner reservation for the restaurant.

    Lovely location & staff, quiet location, the town square was easily accessible. Only slight criticism is at least 3 people asked where the hotel was when standing on the street next to it, first time visitors may well just miss it, maybe better signage or descriptive flag on their pole !

    We were welcomed by the owner whilst he had waited for us...

    We were welcomed by the owner whilst he had waited for us because we were coming in late at night. He was super friendly and offered us more then we payed for. The room was nice and we all slept really good. The breakfast was really good and tasteful. We were positively surprised by the hospitality of this family hotel. I would recommend this hotel, especially when you are on your way and need a place to stay for the night. The highway is very close by which makes this hotel a perfect place to rest when you are traveling. It’s also close to some big cities and of course the Rhine.

    Wonderful location with a really accommodating host. We were running late due to bad traffic on the autobahn and were told not to worry. The room was huge, the wine was delicious, the view from the balcony was beautiful and breakfast in the sister hotel really was excellent. The next day we climbed up to the old ruined castle where there is a great viewing platform and cafe. You can get the little train if you prefer not to walk.

    For the price this was exceptional value. Easy car parking and good food. The 66 tram station is about a 5 to 10 minute walk away making the Drachenfel Railway and Bonn within easy reach. This hotel is well worth a second look.

    Happened upon this hotel by chance for a one-night stop-over. Room was small but sufficient. Staff was really friendly. I had a great evening meal in their restaurant and the breakfast was decent. I can recommend staying here.
