Breakfast was very good with many options and good coffee. The room was very big with a terrace and a nice view. The location was quiet and peaceful. Every room seemed to have a balcony or a view. It was quiet and we did see a few people at breakfast but, it wasn't crowded by any means. The staff are fluent in English and helpful with tourist questions and ideas.

From the moment I checked in I was made to feel Welcome. The location was fantastic with several excellent restaurants close by . The breakfast was fresh and varied.the view onto Luisenplatz was entertaining but not too noisy. Closeness to tram and bus made getting around Potsdam easy

We were in the annex and the room was huge. We even had a dressing area between the room & the bathroom. Very quiet central location. Excellent breakfast & evening meal. Staff were lovely, friendly & helpful. I've stayed here before and was very pleased to see that it was still a family run business with the same attention to detail.
