What a fabulous first time in Karlovy Vary:). The hotel is situated central but in quiet area providing the free of charge parking, friendly service, elegant, spacious and clean room with a terrific view, tasty breakfast (there are also gluten/dairy-free options upon request).. We would highly recommend to stay here!

The Malá Dvorana is a lovely venue, a traditional one in which to have Breakfast. What makes it even more welcoming is they serve Sparkling wine alongside your breakfast buffet. As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the Spa and Sauna rooms which are modern, comfortable and contemporary. And don't forget to get your perfect Karlovy Vary souvenir, the Grandhotel Pupp Spa Cup!

Very cozy hotel in the old building, and the room was light with a high ceiling and big space. I like the bathroom and availability of sinks - for 2 people it is really comfortable :) The staff was friendly and polite. We also ordered a massage - were satisfied.

The highlight was the private sauna. Great experience. Also clean rooms and a new luxurious Villa. The breakfast options were fresh and good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We prefer quiet location and this was brilliant option. Also would be just a 15 min walk to main attractions!! Overall top option!!

Nice location, with a very nice walk to the city. Very comfortable parking just in front of hotel, better to reserve a slot in advance to be sure to have a free space. Room was very clean nice and very comfortable. Super tasty and various breakfast with a lot of diversity freshly cooked.
