That was a truly amazing experience and I liked my stay very much. The place was very recently renovated, keeping authentic beauty of the old building. There’s a lot of care to details and rooms are very comfortable - you’ll definitely like to spend some time inside. Hotel has a lot of extra facilities, like a very good restaurant and bar. The staff were amazing. I wanted to watch eurovision on the night we were there and they went out of their way to see if I could do this. They were very helpful and responsive to other questions we had about Karlovy Vary. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made more crepes when we said we were enjoying them, without being asked. It was a very lovely 3 day stay.
