We stayed for two days and had a wonderful time, they gave us a whole suite! with a large bathroom. The breakfast was excellent and rich. The Villa also has an excellent restaurant, we spent a very nice evening with the accompaniment of jazz music with a fantastic live cello solo. The villa RITTER also offers SPA facilities which we did not have time to try, we will try next time.

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it so much I had to stay for another one. The Hotel was right in the middle of the city, so close to various restaurants. Our room was tastefully decorated, very clean and had a perfect view over the little canal that runs through the city centre and the beautiful green mountain range. Both the swimming pool and steam room were an absolute wonder to relax for a few hours. Last but not least, the staff were impecable - always in a good mood and very helpful.

As with Grandhotels, the bedrooms are huge and spacious. The service at the Front Desk is impeccable and all their staff have been most helpful. Beautyful hotel in a historic building. The location is convenient for access by car (the hotel offers valet parking in a nearby garage) and it takes only a 5 minute walk to the main attractions of Karlovy Vary. Clean and well appointed room, excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Me and my wife had both a 60 min thai massage, which was very good and very welcome after a round of golf. Special thanks to the staff at the reception, who went of of their way and delivered a garment bag, that I forgot at the reception during checkout, to another nearby hotel, where a friend of mine was staying.
