Friendly host who explained the operations of the hot tub (which was a great upgrade). Location is great for the view, for the sound of the sea... spectacular scenery especially 1st thing in the morning... Location is great for travelling to local areas of interest & local villages. Breakfast was very tasty served in a rustic outdoor area 😋.

I don't even know where to start. I fell in love with the villa from the first moment, I didn't want to go anywhere else. When I booked the house, I knew we would be in good hands. But I couldn't have imagined that so much. Sotiris was very kind and helpful in everything.We had a little problem but he immediately took care of everything around our travel.He selflessly helped organize everything. I mentioned to them that we were going to celebrate my 30th birthday in Cyprus. We discussed with Sotiris that his father, Andreas would wait for us and take us to the villa on the day of arrival. Andreas called me a few days before our arrival to reassure me that everything would be fine with our holiday. He said that don't worry. I trusted that everything would really turn out well. And what happened after we arrived to Cyprus is still unbelievable to me. Andreas prepared a surprise for me and my friends. It was an incredible feeling that I felt when we walked through the door. I can't even put into words the happiness and gratitude that went through my body and soul in those moments. I will forever be grateful for making me feel so special then. Even now, my heart fills with gratitude when I recall this feeling.Andreas said I will never forget this holiday. Let me share with you I will never forget not only the holiday but I won't forget you Andreas, your family and your other helpers too. You are one to one great people. You will be in my heart forever, I left a piece of my heart with you. I will be grateful to you for the rest of my life, Andreas, for allowing me to spend with you all one of the most beautiful experiences and the most loving days of my life. I have never experienced such genuine kindness and special attention before. I wish I could express that immeasurable happiness and gratitude that I felt there and feel when I think of you all. Small picturesque quiet village.

Small picturesque quiet village. A great base to explore Cyprus. Lovely church and local pizzeria. It has two small supermarkets and the big Alpha Mega in nearby Skarinou. If you stay here a hire car is a must have.

Small and quiet village located several km from the seaside. Here we have couple of small shops and cafes. Don't go here if you want some nightlife or clubs. Access by car is easy and convenient, roads are good

Maroni is a beautiful, very quiet town.

Maroni is a beautiful, very quiet town. I enjoyed observing the solid, beautiful houses of the local residents, but there are no sights here, few cafes and shops. And the places that do not belong to anyone or are not inhabited are littered with garbage.

A pretty village with a restaurant on the main square that we tried and enjoyed (Piazza Maroni). The area is very quiet with a few local shops, but having a car is recommended for getting around.

Unreservedly recommended – clean, nicely furnished, landlady always available, beautiful view, well-maintained and large pool, lovely touches, great location, close to the sea, it couldn't be better! Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and for allowing us to stay a little longer on our departure day due to our later flight!

If you appreciate peace and quiet, Maroni is the place for...

If you appreciate peace and quiet, Maroni is the place for you. However, be aware that there are few, if any, dining options. There's a restaurant on the piaza that's either closed or doesn't have a menu (frozen food). The coffee shop, on the other hand, is perfect for a delicious snack or a nice cup of coffee.

The peace and quiet of the site. Only the sound of the sea because we were so close. Breakfast with tea and coffee was really good and plentiful. You do need a car for shopping, restaurants, etc. The village of Zigy is only 5 minutes away by car where there are several very good restaurants and markets. The family who run the site are very approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Please realise this is not a plush hotel but a very basic accommodation. My wife and I loved it! Returning in April hopefully.

Excellent location on the edge of Maroni village and close to the cities of Larnaca and Limassol. The property is in a location that is quiet. The living room/kitchen dining is a good size, the bedroom large and the toilet is big. The kitchen was well kitted out with a fridge and washing machine and other appliances. The outside terrace was a lovely area to spend some quiet time in the morning and afternoon. The swimming pool was a great plus to our stay.

This accommodation is located in the heart of Maroni, which we found to be a very cute village. The room was spatious, had all the essentials and, as we were traveling in the winter, we could quickly and easily warm it up, which was very important to us. The owner was very nice, quick to respond and eager to please us.
