An excellent hotel in every way. Great location, next to a sandy beach and crystal-clear sea. The beach is public, but the hotel has its own lawn with sun loungers reserved for hotel guests. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Good breakfasts, freshly squeezed orange juice. Cleaning, a complimentary bottle of water, and fresh beach towels every day. We were very pleased with our stay.

Owners and staff are great and extremely kind to guests. The hotel is well located and relatively close to the Marina. Rooms/apartments are very comfortable and clean. We had an excellent stay at Pavlo Napa Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa. Upon arrival, we were kindly upgraded with a room since the one we booked was not available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The all-inclusive package was truly worth it – the food was outstanding, with a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and high-quality preparation every day. Cleanliness throughout the entire property is impeccable – from the rooms to the common areas, everything is maintained to the highest standards, which made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. The location is exceptional, right by the beach with turquoise-clear sea that made every moment unforgettable. A special thank you goes to Ms Tatiana and Ms Olena at the reception, who were always at our disposal. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude added a personal touch to our stay. We would also like to recognise and praise the staff from the Sunlight Pool Bar and Periyiali Restaurant, and especially the entire team at Tiffany Restaurant, who provided excellent service with constant friendliness and attention to detail. A special thanks goes to Mr Kostas from Tiffany Restaurant, whose warm hospitality and attentiveness stood out and made every meal even more pleasant. We would also like to highlight Ms Kyriaki from Thessaloniki, a positive and open lady whose cheerful personality and welcoming attitude made us feel truly at home. We wanted to spend our daughter's 2nd birthday at the hotel. We did not even tell anyone she has a B-day, and on the day, a cake was waiting for us at the room (I probably have entered her birth date when booking the accommodation). This was really a nice gesture and it made our day. We stayed on 5th floor and the view were amazing. The room was clean (and was cleaned on daily basis), and spacious. We took breakfast/dinner option and the food was great (I loved how dinner varied every night). There are restaurants within the complex so you can easily buy a lunch/dinner on the spot. The location is just perfect, hotel has its own beach which is super nice, and it is just next to the Nissi beach. Within the hotel here are numerous swimming pools which are 1m deep and one which is deeper (1.4m), it is simply a paradise for children. The hotel provides beach towels so you do not even have to bring one. The entertainment was also nicely organized, there were many activities during the day and Kids disco at 8PM followed by a show for everyone (e.g., Abba night, M. Jackson night etc.) The hotel organized a taxi transfer for us from and to Larnaca airport. And the last day since our flight was late we could still use the swimming pools after the check-out, and we could even take a shower before flight (I was amazed that they had a large, clean rooms with towels, hair dryers and everything you need to get ready for the flight). We overall loved our stay and we would definitely come back!

Staff was really friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Hotel has underground parking and it was nice to keep car there, especially it was nice, when you need to drive during the day and car is not so hot inside. Nice and big swimming pool, kids liked it. Perfect location, beach is just 5 minutes walk, plenty restaurant just outside the hotel. Perfect breakfast.
