This villa comfortably accommodates 14 people in 7 bedrooms, and there are also two additional sofas – one in the living room and one in a bedroom. The villa is very spacious and well-designed: the living room and kitchen are large and cozy, and the bedrooms are also very comfortable (just note that one of the bedrooms doesn't have windows). The pool was very clean. There are two large dining tables in the house, along with plenty of chairs and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and hosting a party or barbecue – with ice buckets, a huge number of plates, glasses, cups, a toaster, a good coffee machine, a large fridge, etc. The bed was very comfortable, with several pillows and high-quality bedding. The lower-level bedrooms have a stunning view of the pool. We were also pleasantly surprised to find another small kitchen and a nice bathroom on the lower floor (there are four bathrooms in total). You can park 2–3 cars on the property, and there is additional parking near the villa, along with a café and a taverna nearby. The host, Kristina, is very kind and welcoming and was always available if we needed anything. We will definitely stay in this house again!

It the best place to stay in Cyprus!! It's outside of Larnaka but you have there all what you need. Very polite owner who is talking with his guests and it's a smart person. You can go out from the room directly to the swimming pool. It's not a big place and it makes comfortable. The room is little bit small but it's not a problem. The breakfast was delicious and eating at swimming pool was really great! I would like to stay there more and will come back for sure!

Exceptionally clean and pleasantly scented hotel, very close to the beach and the main central area of the city. The single room is more spacious than it appears on the photos. The staff at the reception is amazing, ready to help anytime. My early check-in request and other minor requests were all fulfilled without any issues.

Overlooking Phinikoudes promenade and just 50 metres from the beach, Sun Hall Hotel offers air-conditioned rooms. Guests can relax by the pool.
