The hutch is quite luxurious, well above the standard of comparable places we had in Costa Rica. The balcony at the back of the house has splendid views with lots of birds and butterflies flying and buzzing around. Hosts (including the two dogs) are really nice and friendly.

We arrived at 3pm at the place appeared deserted we looked for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to check in. We finally left so we weren’t on the steep roads after dark.

The Lodge is beautiful and the view is a dream. All was clean, the Beds are super cozy and big. We would to come back for the next triop in Monte Verde.

I loved the location, it is near a supermarket, a coffee shop and the town center. We saw a lot of wild life, when we went to the coffee shop there where a mother and a baby sloths 🦥. It was amazing. If I ever go back to Monteverde I would definitely choose La Pradera again.
