Enjoyed the restaurant space, the large windows allow light to enter. the variety of the food was good. Liked the breakfast juice and fruit selections. Steak at dinner was excellent. Staff were all friendly, courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The decor in the hotel is bright and colourful. Loved the gardens.

The staff were awesome. Danny the bartender went out of his way to make my stay incredible, always going the extra mile with a smile on his face. Of course I cannot forget to mention the manager, he was always willing to help me in any way he could and I am so appreciative. There were activities every day that were awesome, especially if you wanted to meet other interesting travellers.

very cozy place. the interior feels almost maze-like with little courtyards full of tropical plants and odd-but-charming decor. room was nice aside from not having a proper reading lamp. the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever had, at any hotel – lots of things to choose from both local cr foods and the usual toast etc. the little restaurant next door also had some good dinner options.

Great place! We really enjoyed our stay. New administration of the hotel (Carlos), did a perfect job... Very friendly and helpful staff, just ask what you need - and they will help you... Location is great and very safe... the room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very big and delicious breakfast (3 different options can be chosen, and all 3 was perfect)... The shared kitchen is extra handy... Pura vida and see you again!

The enclosed garden was lovely and great for families with kids. Staff was very helpful and friendly. That was the highlight. As a single-level boutique hotel, we could put the kids to bed and stay in the common area with our room (and nearly all rooms) in sight. This is a big plus for parents with little kids. At the same time, the door blocked noise well and the hotel was quiet.
